Welcome to LUCO Group Sdn Bhd, operating under the brand name CLEV. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any interactions with our company. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
LUCO Group Sdn Bhd provides CLEV-branded awning installation, repair, and maintenance services, as well as the sale of related products. The exact scope of work will be detailed in a written quotation provided to you before commencement of any work.
All CLEV services and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any service or product without prior notice.
All quotations provided by LUCO Group Sdn Bhd for CLEV products and services are valid for 3 days from the date of issuance. Should confirmation be received after this period, we reserve the right to revise the quotation. Quotations may be subject to site inspection and measurement.
All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to factors beyond our control, such as material cost increases or regulatory changes.
Payment for CLEV products and services is made in four stages: 30% deposit upon confirmation of the quotation; 30% before commencement of work on site; 30% upon completion of the structure; and the remaining 10% balance upon final completion. This staged schedule secures your position in our installation queue and funds each phase of the work as it happens.
Payments are expected to adhere strictly to the stipulated schedule to facilitate timely procurement of materials and labour preparation for each project phase. Delays in payment may necessitate a deferral of material purchases or work commencement, requiring a reassessment of the project timeline.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other methods as specified by the Company.
Late payments incur interest at the rate of 2% per month on all outstanding amounts from the due date until full payment is received, calculated on a daily basis. Should legal proceedings become necessary, all legal costs including attorney fees, court fees, and collection costs shall be borne by the debtor. We reserve the right to suspend services until full payment is received.
All goods remain the property of Luco Group Sdn Bhd until full payment is received. In the event of payment default, we retain the right to repossess or dismantle any fixtures or fittings commensurate with the outstanding amount owed.
Where a quotation is issued as a promotional package rate, the quoted price is valid only as a complete package and cannot be separated. Any changes or removal of items from the package will require a new quotation based on individual rates.
Quoted prices exclude any electrical wiring points unless explicitly stated. Should electrical services be required, additional labour charges will apply.
Due to potential volatility in raw material prices, Luco Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right to adjust the quoted price if the cost of materials increases by more than 10% between the date of quotation and the commencement of work. In such an event, we will notify you in writing with supporting documentation. You may then accept the revised price, or cancel the order for a full refund of the deposit paid.
Projects are typically completed within 6 to 10 weeks of deposit confirmation, depending on installation complexity and size. Basic awnings may be completed within 2 to 7 days once installation begins, while complex projects may take up to 6 weeks. Installation scheduling operates on a first-come, first-served basis — your position in our work queue is secured once the deposit is received. These timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, material availability, and site accessibility.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible, safe, and prepared according to our specifications. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to prepare the site.
You must provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our workers to carry out the installation or service. Failure to provide such access may result in delays and additional charges.
LUCO Group Sdn Bhd provides a 1-year warranty on workmanship from the date of installation of CLEV products. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
CLEV products sold by LUCO Group Sdn Bhd carry the manufacturer's warranty. Terms and conditions of these warranties will be provided at the time of purchase.
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to LUCO Group Sdn Bhd within the warranty period. We will assess the claim and take appropriate action in accordance with these terms.
Claims for faulty or damaged goods — including scratches, breakage of frame, glass, or any type of panel sheet — will not be recognised after 7 days from the date of installation. Goods are deemed to have been delivered in good condition unless reported within this period.
Luco Group Sdn Bhd and/or its Director(s) are not liable for claims or disputes related to work carried out by third-party contractors engaged directly by the client.
The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, or consents required for the installation of CLEV awnings, including but not limited to building permits and homeowner association approvals.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding measurements, site conditions, and requirements. LUCO Group Sdn Bhd will not be liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
The client must check and reconfirm the measurement and details provided. By signing, accepting, or confirming the order following payment of the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of project cancellation by the client, or contract termination through no fault of Luco Group Sdn Bhd, the client agrees to pay for any work completed and any purchases made up to the cancellation date. A processing fee of RM200 will be charged to process any refund of the remaining balance. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
LUCO Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate a contract if: the customer breaches any terms of this agreement; the customer fails to make payment as agreed; unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to complete the work; safety concerns arise at the installation site.
The maximum liability of LUCO Group Sdn Bhd for any claim arising out of or in connection with our CLEV products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service that is the subject of the claim.
LUCO Group Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
LUCO Group Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or governmental actions.
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, designs, and content on our website, are owned by LUCO Group Sdn Bhd or our licensors. The CLEV brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of LUCO Group Sdn Bhd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written permission.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
LUCO Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
